Welcome to the ABUV GROUD MEDITATION series. We will now be offering a weekly meditation classes in Orlando, FL. This is a guided meditation practice that will assist you in starting your day off on the right track.
What can you expect?
This is a 45min experience of meditation and crystal sound therapy that will help align you to a more positive frequency to begin your day. We are assisting students in achieving a clear mind through the practice of finding stillness within. The crystal sound bowls will allow students to go into a deeper state of meditation than acheived in previous meditation experiences. This will lead to personal healing and elevation within the mind, body, and spirit.
What to bring?
Any prop that allow the student to sit in a comfortable seated position. (example: meditation pillow, yoga block, yoga mat, a blanket)
Please arrive 10mins early to allow time to set up.
